HArmonyCa dermal filler is designed to restore facial volume and correct facial deficiencies by promoting the generation of natural endogenous collagen.

Based on a composite matrix of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid embedding Calcium Hydroxyapatite microspheres, HArmonyCa provides a strong volumizing, lifting effect.


The Synergy of Two in One

HArmonyCa contains both Calcium Hydroxyapatite & Hyaluronic Acid

  • Calcium Hydroxyapatite is added during the cross-linking process, generating a stable, inseparable gel.
  • The concentration of each active ingredient is similar to that of Calcium Hydroxyapatite and Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers combined in one syringe.
  • Due to both Calcium Hydroxyapatite and Hyaluronic Acid properties, HArmonyCa provides a synergistic effect with long lasting results.
  • Collagen stimulation increases due to the combination of both active ingredients. Calcium Hydroxyapatite stimulates new natural collagen production, while Hyaluronic Acid forms a supporting extracellular         matrix, which modulates fibroblasts proliferation.

Long Term

The Calcium Hydroxyapatite microspheres form a scaffold supporting fibroblasts ingrowth. The Hyaluronic Acid binds to fibrin, which in turn generates the supporting extracellular matrix. Together, both generate a “hyaline cartilage like” formation process by differentiating the fibroblasts cells into chondroblasts. The chondroblasts create a deposition of endogenous collagen, which is the natural lifting agent. Calcium Hydroxyapatite and Hyaluronic Acid degradation take place synchronously with neo-collagen production. The resulting appearance is natural, youthful and long-lasting.


HArmonyCa composite matrix is comprised of Calcium Hydroxyapatite microspheres that are strongly embedded within high-quality cross linked Hyaluronic Acid.


  • The Calcium Hydroxyapatite microspheres are round, uniform, non-porous and smooth (diameter: 25-45 microns)
  • The microsphere size and smoothness enable easy extrusion and reduced friction flow from the syringe into the treated site.
  • The microsphere diameter minimizes risk of particle migration and phagocytosis, which, in addition to the microspheres’ integration within a net of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid, ensures a smooth appearance.
  • Microsphere embeddedness within cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid helps preserve the balance between microsphere consolidation and dissemination.

Sea water osmolarity is ~1000 mOsm/kg, and the osmolarity of CaHA dermal fillers reaches ~2000 mOsm/kg, a trait that generates a strong burning sensation.

In comparison, HArmonyCa osmolarity is ~300 mOsm/kg, similar to that of physiological saline at ~250 mOsm/kg.


HArmonyCa is susceptible to Hyaluronidase. The Hyaluronic Acid gel component can be completely dissolved and thus breaking the composite matrix infrastructure.
