Dr. Moisés Amselem, demonstrates how to achieve a three-dimensional integral facial rejuvenation and how to integrate Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) optimally, for facial renewal.

Crystalys is a calcium hydroxyapatite-based injectable dermal filler designed to restore facial volume and natural contours by promoting generation and deposition of natural collagen, the body's physiological soft tissue filler. The beneficial effects of Crystalys are both immediate and long lasting. Clinical results are evident for up to 2 years, depending on the volume injected, patient skin properties and age.

Hydryalix is a CE mark, sterile, transparent cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injectable filler. Hydryalix is a homogenic gel, biodegradable and long lasting. Hydryalix contains HA from non-animal origin and is cross linked using BDDE. The gel is monophasic thus, smooth, homogenous and easy to extrude.

Dr. Moisés Amselem Specialist in Aesthetic Medicine, lives and holds a private medical aesthetic clinic in Madrid, Spain. Dr. Amselem is the creator of different techniques in Aesthetic Medicine: Jockey Stick for cheek lifting, Radiant Sun treatment for the forehead, the mathematical equation for integral facial rejuvenation, Arms Up treatment for lifting the arms, MesoRadiesse a facial renewal therapy and Photovital for neckline rejuvenation.

Dr. David Mor Yosef illustrates non-surgical chin augmentation with Luminera's Dermal Filler: Hydryalix, HA based dermal filler and Crystalys, CaHA based dermal filler.

Chin reshaping is no more a difficult thing to do using hyaluronic acid and CaHA fillers.

This procedure is used to enhance the shape of the chin with minimum downtime and very few yet temporary side effects.

Hyaluronic acid filler is a proteoglycan similar to what is also found in our skin, eyes and joints. It is highly reversible, either by dissolution or natural breakdown by the body over months, and has been found to be very safe for facial contouring.

For chin contouring, it only takes one, at most two injections, therefore minimizing the pain with almost no downtime.

Pain is minimized with the use of filler that contains lidocaine to numb the injected areas.

Chin filler augmentation can create a more defined 3D shape of the chin– not only able to bring the chin forward for those with receding chins but also make it sharper and/or longer for those with short, small chins (micrognathia).

This can give the face the ideal V shaped face everyone desires. Chin filler augmentation may sometimes have an advantage over chin implant surgery in being able to create a more beautiful shape.

This is a video of Dr. David Barash, a certified aesthetic doctor located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dr. Barash demonstrates full face correction with Crystalys.

Healthy young skin contains collagen that gives it volume, flexibility and strength. As part of the aging process, our own natural collagen breaks down, diminishing facial volume. This loss of elasticity and volume results in wrinkles, facial lines and skin laxity that rob your skin of its youthful appearance.

In this video Dr. Barash demonstrates his technique of using CrystalysCrystalys is a filler that can be injected in deep grooves, wrinkles or depressed areas of the face. This volumizing filler provides the volume and lift needed to diminish the signs of aging because of the calcium-based microspheres and gel that comprise the product. The procedure is a safe, quick, no down time procedure and causes minimal discomfort.

Dr. David Mor Yosef illustrates a non Surgical nose job: the revolutionary procedure that smooths out bumps - without surgery!

This procedure is helping thousands of people straighten out their bumpy noses - without going under the knife.

The pioneering treatment involves injecting dermal filler into the face to make a smoother line from base to tip.

When performed by a highly qualified, board-certified facial doctor such as Dr. David Mor Yosef, contouring the nose through the use of dermal fillers can be an excellent option for some patients.

Possible applications include:

  • Building the bridge (augmenting the dorsum).
  • Refining the results of nose surgery (filling in small defects).
  • Correcting asymmetry and concavities.
  • Tip enhancement (adding dimension or improving the shape of a flat tip).
  • Smoothing or straightening the nasal hump.
